1 lb raw pecans
Coconut oil spray* (I use this brand)
Fine ground celtic sea salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spread out pecans onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and spray with oil. Salt generously and use your hands to mix and thoroughly coat the pecans. Bake for 10-15 minutes, checking your oven frequently towards the end so they don’t burn. Let cool, and enjoy!
